Land Acknowledgement

I am so grateful to have this beautiful land to build my dream. While grateful, I am also fully aware of whom once inhabited this land. Vashon-Maury Island is the traditional territory of the Puyallup Tribe of Indians and of the sx̌ʷəbabš, or Swift Water People. They lived here for thousands of years. The tribe respected this magical place. I will too.
